On 12th and 13th March 2015, Tuvuke Initiative and Reconcile EA, with the support of the Ford Foundation and ACT! Kenya, held a Conference themed ,Building Consensus on Community Engagement within Land Reforms and the Extractive Sector in Kenya.' It sought to deliberate on the problem of a near absence of enforceable land rights enjoyed by communities over their vital assets, and the risks resulting from this legal uncertainty. The Conference also addressed the recent trend of most governments in Africa of granting large land concessions to national and local investors to agro-industrial enterprises resource extraction. Go Sheng Services provided online publishing services of the conference and developed a digital platform that exhibited the conference speakers, presentations and other materials as well as taking the lead on Social Media conversations.
